MPM is engaged in providing Project Management consultancy and PMO services. Having more than 20 years working experience to provide, develop, maintain systems, policies and procedures of projects management. which include “tendering, planning, cost, quality, contract, project time line, procurement, claims and document control management issues” with the necessary required tools to control and evaluate the project life cycle using rigorous tools and modern technologies, taking on the project from inception, planning how to build it in most economic and practical way in line with expectations and available budget, select and assign the appropriate resources (contractors), following up and monitoring during construction till project delivery and handing over to the client.
MPM, Head Office has been incorporated under the laws of Germany under name "MOTAWER GERMANY GmbH” with registration number HRB 742448, having a registered office at Karlsruhe, Germany.
MPM has a representative office in the middle east and has incorporated main office in Egypt to follow the business in the middle east under name “MPM Consultancy LLT” that has been registered under the law of Egypt with registration number 188040, having registered office at Cairo, Egypt.
